Key Qualification: Mr. Lakshmi Narayana is having 12 + years’ experience in Highways projects. he worked different highway construction project founded by ADB, WORLD BANK, NHAI, MORTH, using state of the art technology and modern equipment’s. He is also Experience in traffic and transportation core with proficiency in carrying out Economic analysis using HDM-4 software, traffic analysis, establishing traffic growth rates, traffic demand, capacity analysis, toll revenue estimation, Preparation of Feasibility report, Detailed Project Reports for Urban roads, Grade separators and Rural highways, pavement design, preparation of technical specifications for tender documents. Possess good knowledge of IRC codes, MoRTH Specification and other relevant codes. He has extensive experience in highway construction supervision involving huge amount of earthwork, ground improvement, cement concrete and bituminous concrete mix design, quality control measures and geo technical investigations. SARITHA PONAKA
Sr. Highway Design Engineer
Post Graduate degree in Highway Engineering from JNTU, Anantapur.

Key Qualification: Mrs. Saritha has over 12+ years of rich experience completely in Highways and Transport allied projects. She is Managing the design team, Client meeting and approval of designs. w.r.to Responsible for Design of horizontal alignment , vertical profile of the project corridor using MX Roads, Auto-desk Civil 3D, Detailed Cross-sections of Highways, Improvement of curves. Preparing Conceptual designs, Earthwork Quantities & Estimation for roadwork, Design of At-grade intersections, Grade separated intersections and Roundabouts. Well versed with Traffic analysis. Expertise in preparation of feasibility studies to assess the viability of highway projects and Comprehensive Detailed project reports of highways. Assessing Technical Viability and suggesting Value Engineering. Finalized Improvement Options as per concession/EPC Agreement. experience in EPC/BOT/ HAM types of contracts. Responsible for undertaking detailed highway designs including Alignment plan ,horizontal and vertical geometry, detailed cross-sections. To prepare reports and other documentary works to submit clients.

SURYA GOWTHAM KOLLA
Sr. Structural Design Engineer
Post Graduate degree in Structural Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada.

Key Qualification: Mr. Surya Gowtham has Experience in Analysis and Design of open foundation as well as deep foundations for pier and abutments. Analysis and Design of Pre-stressed concrete members like T Girders/I girders. Analysis and Design of Reinforced concrete members like T Girders/I girders, RCC Box, and RCC Solid Slabs. Preparation, checking and approval of Good for construction design and drawings. Bridge / Highway / Rail Engineering projects, being associated with feasibility studies, techno - economic studies, preliminary & detailed engineering design, inspection, assessment and review of bridges, flyovers, viaducts, underpasses and other major structures. Project monitoring and/or technical support for construction activities at site, in close co-ordination with client, vendors and team members for quality and timely execution of Project. Complete responsibility for Quality & Timely submission, attending regular meetings to understand Client/Contractor’s/Project requirements and scheduled submission of design & drawings / details in close coordination with all relevant teams/ departments to achieve project progress.

PRADEEP MEDABALIMI
Sr. Urban Planner
Master’s Degree in Urban and regional planning from School of planning and architecture Hyderabad, 2017.

Key Qualification: Mr. Pradeep is having 8 + years’ experience in sectors Water, sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Project management, Urban development, Real Estate Management, Climate change and mitigation and Project tendering. he is experience in Mapping of all the SWM collection and distribution units at all the municipalities allotted under Telangana Municipal Development Project (TMDP-World bank funding project). Mapping the drainage system pattern to understand the demand gap network in every individual municipality. Managing all the projects in various states of India related to master plans, PMAY, Architectural bidding estimations. Preparation of Base Map and detailed Land Use Plans of all the municipalities. Dealing with the oldest cadastral maps to understand the existing practice of land use parcels. Worked on introducing Participatory Planning measures in Master Plan. Traffic and transportation planning Preparation of revised Master Plan reports. Actively participating with the stake holders to explain the scenario of the master plan preparation. Organizing surveys to develop the data analysis related to transportation and land use planning.

RAGHAVENDRA MANDRA
Sr. Highway Cum Traffic Engineer
Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Key Qualification: Mr. Raghavendra has over 9+ years of rich experience completely in Highways Sector with vast exposure in Highway Construction as well as Supervision projects in the capacities of Highway Engineer, Highway Design Engineer, Pavement cum Traffic Engineer and Business Development in Tendering Section. He was extensively worked in execution of various National Highways and State Highways projects from the position of Contractor, Consultants and as well as Concessionaire point of view for various Projects EPC, HAM and PPP projects like DBFOT, BOT (Toll) And BOT (Annuity). He is having rich experience and exposure in providing Pre-Bid Engineering services for Highway Projects under PPP funding with various Concessionaires.

JOHN KARETI
Sr. Transportation Engineer
Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada.

Key Qualification: Mr. John has over 8+ years of rich experience completely in Highways Sector with vast exposure in Highway Construction as well as Supervision projects. He is Capable of organizing various Traffic Surveys such as classified volume count, turning movement, origin-destination, registration plate, speed & delay and axle load surveys, preparation of traffic circulation plans, safety audit and analysis of traffic data. Good experience in organizing BBD/FWD Survey, DCP testing, Roughness survey (ARUR Model- V and Romdas), Test pit investigations (existing crust measurement, field moisture content, field density etc.) and analysis of the same data. Undertaken Material Investigations for the identification of suitable material sources such as soil, aggregate, sand and base camp for highway construction and has conducted laboratory tests for assessing their suitability for construction of embankment, subgrade etc. Have sound knowledge in Pavement Design (Flexible and Rigid) for new/re-alignment sections and design of Strengthening Overlays for existing roads (IRC: 37 for flexible pavements, IRC: 58 for rigid pavements, IRC: 115 and IRC: 81 for bituminous overlays).
